Tim helped my family and me immensely earlier this year, and as far back as 2013. My wife, two daughters, and I are from out-of-state, and were involved in a high-speed, multi-vehicle motor vehicle accident in 2011 on I-5 just south of Seattle. We felt very lucky to simply be alive. Tim’s calm assurance, persistence, and expertise over many, many months ended in a six-figure out-of-court settlement in April 2014, just prior to our scheduled trial month. Tim was able to get a settlement for my minor daughter. He was very honest and told me every step that he would have to take. It was awful how the person responsible for my daughter’s injuries tried illegal ways to get out of paying her. Him and his colleagues will do everything they can for you, and are very professional. They make you feel comfortable and safe.
